Want your voice to be heard on Labour’s top table?
Time is running out to nominate Open Labour-backed candidates to represent your interests on the Labour Party’s National Executive Committee (NEC).
The deadline is 31st July – little over two weeks.
We are asking Labour Party members to move that their CLP (local labour party) nominates Kaz Self and Ann Black to represent party members on the NEC.
Ann is a longstanding NEC member and Unison activist, currently leading in CLP nominations.
Kaz Self is a former aerospace engineer, now a councillor in Bristol and a health and LGBT+ rights campaigner.
We also hope you will back Elsie Greenwood for NEC youth rep.
Please put Kaz, Ann and Elsie’s names forward at your next CLP meeting and make sure they are nominated by the 31st July deadline.
COUNCILLORS: Open Labour members voted to back Elizabeth Dennis to speak up and stand up for local government on the NEC.
Please help Elizabeth’s campaign by asking your Labour Group to nominate her for local government rep on the NEC.
